Position Summary The Dental Technical Manager is responsible for leading the technical operations of the dental laboratory, ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and consistency across all restorative products. This role oversees quality control, CAD/CAM and digital workflows, equipment and machine performance, process improvement initiatives, and technician training and development, while serving as the laboratory's primary technical expert. The Dental Technical Manager mentors and develops staff within the lab, drives continuous improvement in production processes, and ensures adherence to laboratory standards and best practices.
