Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Seal Coater and Striper to join our team. As a Seal Coater and Striper, you will be responsible for applying sealcoating and striping to various surfaces. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.

Duties:

• Prepare surfaces for sealcoating by cleaning, repairing, and filling cracks
• Apply sealcoating using precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate coverage
• Operate forklift and other equipment to transport materials
• Fabricate stencils for striping and apply paint using appropriate techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required

Experience:

• Previous experience in construction painting or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in sealcoating and striping
• Knowledge of auto painting techniques is a plus
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is beneficial
• Experience in materials handling and warehouse operations is advantageous

Skills:

• Proficient in operating forklifts and other equipment safely
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate application
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Excellent hand-eye coordination for precise striping work
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team We offer competitive pay rates based on experience.
