WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A PAINT TECHNICIAN

As a Painting Technician at All World Machinery Supply, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the presentation and quality of our machines. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, your responsibilities will include meticulous surface preparation—cleaning, sanding, and masking—followed by the precise application of primers and finish coats. You will ensure that each machine meets our stringent quality standards by inspecting completed work for coverage and finish quality, making touch-ups as necessary. Your expertise will also help guide team members in best painting practices, while your efficiency will ensure that all tasks are completed within established timeframes and budgets. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment and work areas, accurately documenting your work, and adhering to all safety guidelines related to paint handling. Additionally, your adaptability will see you assisting with various shop projects, solidifying your essential role within our forward-thinking and innovative company.

WOULD YOU BE A GREAT PAINT TECHNICIAN?
