Job Description
Coors Remodeling Inc., a respected leader in home renovation in Lafayette, IN, is seeking a dedicated full-time Remodeling Manager to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive wage of $22.50 - $27.50/hour and the opportunity to work in both office and on-site environments.

In this position, you will begin your day by checking in on ongoing job sites to ensure that all work is progressing according to plan. You will communicate daily with homeowners, providing updates and outlining the next steps for their projects. When necessary, you will contribute your skills directly to the work on site. Regular interaction with allied professionals, careful scheduling of job production, and collaboration with the billing team will be essential components of your routine. You will report to the Production Manager and work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality results on every project.YOUR HOURS
The Remodeling Manager position is a full-time role based in Lafayette, IN. The work schedule includes responsibilities both in the office and onsite at project locations, allowing for active involvement throughout each stage of the remodeling process.REMODELING MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in construction or remodeling Valid driver's license Strong communication skills for daily updates with homeowners and teamwork Ability to coordinate and schedule multiple aspects of production Willingness to work onsite and in office as required Experience working directly with homeowners (preferred)OUR MISSION
