1st Shift, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM, Monday Thursday Job Description Our client is seeking a Quilter to join their team! This position involves operating a quilting machine while following established work, quality, and safety procedures. On-the-job training is provided , making this a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Responsibilities Set up batting, fabric, and thread in the quilting machine. Monitor the quilting process and correct flawed areas. Inspect fabric for quality as it is being quilted. Follow equipment operating and maintenance guidelines. Report any product, equipment, or procedure concerns to the supervisor. Assist with other duties and unloading materials as needed. Participate in training and meetings. Requirements Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Ability to work well as part of a team. Must be able to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be available for planned and occasional unplanned overtime.
