The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and has a passion for creating engaging, hands-on art experiences. Our instructors lead students through creative projects while helping them build confidence, explore new materials, and develop their artistic skills in a fun and supportive environment. Responsibilities Lead engaging arts and crafts activities for elementary-aged students Plan and facilitate creative, age-appropriate art projects Teach a variety of art techniques using different materials and mediums Encourage creativity, self-expression, and confidence in students Prepare materials and maintain an organized classroom environment Manage classroom routines and maintain a positive learning atmosphere Support students with their artistic development and creative ideas Communicate professionally with program staff and families when needed Please note this a contract-based, part-time opportunity.
