Month 0-6: Learn, execute, and prove yourself At 6 months: Earn CSIA Certification (required) Demonstrate job proficiency Step into the Lead Technician track Receive a $3/hour raise What You'll Do Prepare trucks, tools, and materials daily Assist with chimney repairs, installations, and masonry work Execute jobs efficiently with your crew Follow strict safety and quality standards Take ownership of your performance and growth What It Takes to Win Here Coachable, driven, and accountable High work ethic-shows up ready every day Comfortable with physical work, heights, and all weather Detail-oriented and process-driven Takes pride in doing things right the first time Requirements Valid driver's license High school diploma or GED Pay & Benefits $18
