Dietary Aide

Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Dietary Aides at Pataskala Oaks Care Center to join our team in a healthcare nursing home setting. We have full-time and part-time including morning and afternoon shift positions available. Wages begin at $12.50 but is negotiable and based on years of experience. 1 FT, 2

PT:

6:00am

• 2:30pm.

1

FT:

11:30am

• 7:30pm. 1 PT 3:30pm
• 8:00pm. All shifts are every other weekend. Duties include but are not limited to:
• Prepare and serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining areas.
• Assist in checking diet trays before distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and standards for food safety.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Dietary Aide or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and nutrition principles.
• Experience in a hospital, nursing home, or dietary department is a plus.
• Culinary or food service background is beneficial.
• Strong time management skills to ensure timely meal delivery.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Familiarity with sanitization standards in food service settings.
