Position Overview Rising Stars Academy and Leave It On The Mat are seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on Creative Production & Crafting Assistant to assist with the preparation and production of customized materials for our athletes, academy programs, competitions, events, and special projects. This person should love crafting, creating, decorating, and bringing ideas to life . The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently once given a vision, but is also able to collaborate with our team to execute creative projects. This position will assist with everything from athlete gifts and apparel preparation to competition décor, signage, event materials, academy projects, and customized items. Key ResponsibilitiesAthlete & Academy Crafting Create and prepare customized items for Rising Stars Academy athletes. Assist with athlete gifts, team gifts, recognition items, spirit items, and special occasion projects. Prepare materials for team reveals, signing days, banquets, showcases, tryouts, camps, and other academy events. Assist with decorating and assembling items for athlete packages. Help prepare customized materials for RSA programs and special initiatives. Assist with cutting, pressing, assembling, packaging, labeling, and organizing finished products. Leave It On The Mat Competitions Assist with crafting and preparing materials for Leave It On The Mat competitions and events . Create or assemble competition signage, coach gifts, athlete gifts, VIP items, awards-related materials, décor, props, and branded displays. Assist with preparing check-in materials, competition packets, signage, table displays, and other event materials. Help bring creative competition themes to life through décor and customized elements. Assist with packing, organizing, transporting, setting up, and breaking down creative/event materials when needed. Printing & Application Materials Assist with preparing, printing, assembling, and organizing applications, registration packets, athlete forms, competition materials, and academy documents. Prepare folders, binders, packets, labels, name tags, inserts, and informational materials. Ensure materials are neat, professional, organized, and ready for distribution. Maintain adequate supplies of frequently used printed and crafting materials. Creative Projects & Décor Assist with seasonal decorations and academy décor. Create bulletin boards, displays, photo-op areas, signs, banners, and other visual elements. Help prepare props and materials for social media content, television production, photoshoots, and special events when requested. Take an idea or creative direction and help turn it into a finished product. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Truly enjoys crafting and creating. Is creative and has an eye for presentation and detail. Is familiar with Cricut, Canva, heat presses, vinyl, DTF transfers, crafting tools, or similar equipment—or is willing to learn. Can follow instructions while also bringing creative ideas to the table. Is organized and able to manage several projects at once. Takes pride in producing clean, professional-looking work. Can meet deadlines, especially leading up to competitions and events. Is dependable and communicates when supplies or additional information are needed. Is comfortable working around children, teenagers, parents, coaches, and event staff. Is willing to assist with occasional event setup and preparation.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 per week
