Job Description
Crust & Craft is growing, and we're looking for an experienced line cook who's ready to step up, take on more responsibility, and build their leadership skills as a BOH Key Hourly . What You'll Do Lead the line and keep service moving Support prep, execution, and ticket flow Maintain quality and consistency Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient Set the pace and support the BOH team What We're Looking For Strong line cook experience Reliable and team-focused Cool under pressure Good communication and attention to detail ServSafe certified or willing to obtain Up to 40 hours per week with room to grow into management as we expand.
