Responsibilities:

Trowel and finish swimming pool plaster and other pool interior finishes. Must be experienced with applying Pebble Products. Produce a smooth, consistent, high quality finish. Work efficiently with the plaster crew. Assist with jobsite preparation and cleanup. Maintain tools and equipment. Follow company safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Pool Plaster/troweling experience mandatory. strong troweling and finishing skills. Dependable a must, and able to work as part of a crew. Able to perform physically demanding work. willing to work outdoors and start early when required. Be able to travel to other parts of Tennessee and stay in hotels in needed. Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
