TRAINING
PROVIDED, ensuring you're set up for success. For dedicated individuals, growth opportunities are always around the corner; we prioritize promoting from within!
Responsibilities:
Effective communication with Project Managers and Homeowners. Assisting with the loading/unloading of materials & equipment. Diligently following directions from supervisors and implementing Foundation Repairs. What Makes You Stand Out? Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a significant plus! Previous experience in foundation construction and repair. Ability to drive a truck with a trailer (CDL not required). Welding and torching skills.
