About the Role We're looking for an energetic, organized Camp Leader to run our Bricks 4 Kidz LEGO® STEM summer camps within the Bee Cave area (

Location:

Serene Hills Elementary & Bricks & Minifigs Bee Cave). This role is perfect for Educational Assistants, new teachers, or anyone who enjoys working with kids in a creative, hands‑on environment. As the Camp Leader, you'll guide students through daily LEGO® builds, STEM activities, crafts, and team challenges. You'll manage the flow of the day, maintain a positive classroom environment, and ensure kids are safe, engaged, and having fun.

• kids are there from 10-3 Key Responsibilities Instruction & Engagement Lead students through daily LEGO® model builds and STEM lessons Facilitate hands‑on activities, challenges, and creative building time Encourage teamwork, problem‑solving, and creativity Classroom Management Maintain a positive, structured, kid‑friendly environment Support behavior expectations using calm, consistent strategies Manage transitions between activities, lunch, and outdoor breaks Safety & Supervision Oversee a group of 8-14 students throughout the day Ensure safe use of materials and equipment Monitor indoor and outdoor activities Handle minor issues and communicate with the program manager as needed Operations & Setup Set up materials before camp begins Reset and organize supplies between activities Check‑in and dismissal Keep the classroom clean, orderly, and ready for the next day What We're Looking For Experience working with children (schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, etc.

) Strong classroom management and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and comfortable leading a group independently

Pay:

$25.00 per hour
