PART-TIME PLUSHIE WORKSHOP ASSISTANT
Dallas, TX | Weekends Required Love crafts, creativity, cute aesthetics, and creating memorable experiences? Join The Plushie Workshop , an interactive plushie-making experience where guests transform yarn into handmade plushies in a fun, creative, and social environment. We're looking for energetic, outgoing, and dependable team members who love working with people and aren't afraid to jump into every aspect of running the studio. You'll be teaching workshops, helping customers, preparing materials, keeping the studio beautiful, and making sure daily operations run smoothly. Hand-sewing experience is required. Knitting experience is a plus, but we'll train you on our workshop process. Training & Availability Requirements Training begins Friday, July 31, 2026 Applicants must be available for training on Friday, July 31, and available to work Saturday, August 1, and Sunday, August 2. Weekend availability is required throughout employment. ✨
What You'll Do:
Lead plushie-making workshops for guests of all ages Create a fun, welcoming, and high-energy environment Guide guests through sewing, stuffing, and plushie assembly Assist children, teens, adults, families, parties, and private events Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service Recommend and sell plushie accessories Studio Operations Open and close the studio following daily procedures Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with bookings Process transactions using Square POS Maintain inventory of materials, accessories, and supplies Restock yarn, stuffing, accessories, and workshop materials Lift and organize inventory deliveries and storage bins Prepare plushie materials before workshops Keep the studio clean, organized, and visually appealing throughout the day Help with merchandising and product displays Follow company procedures and maintain a safe workspace ✨

Part-Time, Temporary-to-Hire Weekend availability is required. This is a temporary-to-hire position as we launch our Dallas studio. Team members who demonstrate reliability, strong customer service, and a positive attitude will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent position as the studio grows.
