Entry-Level Manufacturing / Woodworking Associate Learn a Craft. Take Pride Seeing Your Work in Global Custom Cabinet Making. MCS Woodworking is a family-owned commercial millwork and custom woodworking company in Wisconsin. From our 20,000-square-foot facility in Menomonee Falls, we collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions. Great Fit If You:
Like hands-on, physical work Enjoy working with wood or learning a craft Are curious about manufacturing, woodworking, machining, or finishing Want to build long-term skills (not just punch a clock) Are reliable, coachable, and detail-oriented Have worked as a Trim Carpenter, but want a job with less travel No prior woodworking or manufacturing experience is required. We train the right people. What You'll Do Assist in the manufacturing of custom cabinets Work with wood components through various production stages Sand, prep, finish, and inspect parts Operate basic shop equipment and hand tools Follow work instructions and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized work area Support teammates across the shop as needed What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to stand, lift, and perform hands-on work Basic measurement and math skills Manufacturing, woodworking, trim carpentry or shop experience is a plus, but not required Why Work at MCS Woodworking?
