Competency in fundamental computer operations, including file management, system navigation, and peripheral device usage. Strong manual dexterity and a meticulous focus on detail to ensure high-quality output. Effective communication skills to facilitate clear reporting and adherence to procedural instructions. Proficiency in populating circuit boards with various electronic parts like resistors, relays, and integrated circuits. Skilled in soldering and desoldering techniques using both automated and hand-held tools. Conducting thorough quality inspections and automated optical testing to maintain high production standards. Core Responsibilities Independently execute rapid rework and repair of electronic circuit card assemblies. Perform intricate modifications on assemblies while strictly adhering to IPC and J-standard guidelines. Operate various shop equipment and precision measuring instruments. Record findings according to established protocols and contribute data to statistical process control efforts. Complete repairs by following detailed work instructions, 2D/3D models, and technical schematics. Execute assembly tasks including fabrication, fastener alignment, and subassembly integration to ensure project success. Identify and document non-conformances at the component level to support quality control initiatives. Implement authorized repairs and system changes based on formal technical documentation. Collaborate with the team to define and monitor the successful execution of project scopes. Provide recommendations for process improvements by analyzing equipment performance and rework procedures. Manage and update all necessary rework logs, records, and performance reports. Handle hazardous waste materials in compliance with safety regulations if properly certified.
