Posted 08/2026 Job Description Job Summary Electrical Assembler (Aviation Electrical Components) We are seeking experienced Electrical Assemblers to join a leading aviation maintenance and repair organization in , AL. This role supports the repair and overhaul of electrical components used on military aircraft in a backshop environment. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, competitive compensation, and the chance to support critical military aviation programs. Compensation & BenefitsHourly Rate:
$25.00-$32.00/hour (DOE)Annual Earnings:
Most contractors earn approximately $52,000-$66,500+ per year, depending on experience and voluntary overtimePer Diem:
Up to $41,600 annually (tax-free), based on up to $800.00/week in tax-exempt per diem Work Schedule- 5/8 Schedule
- 1st Shift
- Voluntary Overtime Available Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, repair, and overhaul electrical components used on military aircraft
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and component-level repairs
- Follow detailed technical manuals, work instructions, and engineering documentation
- Conduct inspections and testing to ensure quality and functionality
- Maintain compliance with customer specifications and quality standards
- Accurately document completed work and repair activities Qualifications
- Previous electrical assembly, avionics, electronics, or electro-mechanical experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Experience in aviation, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or repair environments is a plus
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
