Full Job Description Shift Hours:

Friday

•Sunday 6AM

•6PM work 36 hours but you are paid for 40. Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Electronics Assembler on the Weekend Shift! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electronic components and systems with precision and care. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality electro-mechanical products, ensuring they meet strict specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities Assemble electrical and mechanical components following detailed blueprints and schematics, including PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly and wiring. Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and soldering equipment to accurately build and troubleshoot electrical panels and electro-mechanical assemblies. Interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to ensure proper installation of wiring, surface mount technology (SMT), and other components. Follow IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly quality, ensuring all work meets industry specifications. Conduct testing of assembled units using multimeters, oscilloscopes, or other testing devices to verify functionality. Collaborate with engineering troubleshooting teams to resolve assembly issues or technical challenges promptly. Maintain a clean, organized work area adhering to safety protocols and manufacturing best practices. Requirements Proven experience in electronics assembly, including PCB soldering, surface mount technology (SMT), and electrical wiring. Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with electrical panel building and mechanical assembly processes. Knowledge of electro-mechanical components such as relays, connectors, motors, and sensors. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement devices. Understanding of IPC 610 standards for electronic component assembly. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in machining or mechanical assembly preferred. Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using engineering troubleshooting techniques. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow blueprint specifications precisely. Prior experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus but not required.
