• Surface Mount Assembly Technician
• to join our team that runs SMT equipment that produce a variety of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA's).

• Primary Responsiblities
• + Working knowledge of SMT machines such as: Stencil Printer, Solder Paste Inspection, Pick & Place machine, Reflow Oven, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), X-ray and hand soldering + Understanding of different electronics packages such as 0402, 0603, BGA's and how they are processed on a SMT line + Experience working under a microscope + Hand soldering SMT and Through-hole parts + Works to achieve day-to-day objectives and have significant impact on the work output.

+ Works independently under limited supervision + Work in team environment and interacting with different functions, project teams and productions teams

• Basic Qualifications
• + High School Diploma/GED and 1-3 years of prior relevant work experience. + Ability to read drawings and follow work instructions + Ability to stand for up to 8 hours daily. + Must be a US Citizen and possess or meet the eligibility to obtain (and be able to maintain) a Secret Clearance + Must be a resident of the Northern Alabama area or willing to relocate to the area.
• Pre ferred Qualifications
• + Surface Mount Technology experience or related electronics assembly experience + Knowledge of SMT processes used to build Printed Circuit Board Assemblies + Current or prior certification in

IPC-A-610.

+ Current or prior certification in

J-STD-001.

• Pay Range:

• Pay Range $40,300.
