Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and testing electronic components and electro-mechanical assemblies to ensure the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of electronics assembly, electrical schematics, and surface mount technology, contributing to the efficient production of reliable electronic products. Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and inspecting electronic components and electro-mechanical assemblies with precision and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of electronics assembly, PCB (Printed Circuit Board) fabrication, and electrical schematic interpretation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative product development while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and safety. SMT Touch-up and basic repair of PCBs Final Assembly required. Soldering knowledge and skills required Working knowledge of component identification Must be able to use microscope. Able to work well with others and follow written instructions. Able to work overtime when required. Min. two (2) years' experience in electronics manufacturing environment
IPC 610 / J-STD 001
Certification preferred. High School Diploma or Equivalent US Citizenship required.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
