Job Description

We are working with a manufacturer in the Montgomery area who is in need of an experienced Electrical Assembler to join their team. Responsibilities Perform specialized functions in the assembly of electrical or electro-mechanical parts, assembly groups and arrangements to build primary truck products or paint equipment components. Work with electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, or written/verbal directions. Assemble component parts, utilizing appropriate hand tools. Perform striping truck set up functions and initial calibration. Inspect and test completed component assemblies and diagnose malfunctions and make necessary adjustments. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Assembles electronic components, subassemblies, products, or systems by performing the following duties. Perform specialized functions in the assembly of electrical or electro-mechanical parts, assembly groups and arrangements to build primary truck products or paint equipment components. Work with electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, or written/verbal directions. Assemble component parts, utilizing appropriate hand tools. Perform striping truck set up functions and initial calibration. Inspect and test completed component assemblies and diagnose malfunctions and make necessary adjustments. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Working hours are Monday-Thursday 6am to 4:30pm and overtime on Fridays until usually 2:30pm.
