Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Entry-Level Through-Hole Assembler to join their production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using through-hole technology. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in electronics manufacturing—no prior experience required, training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Insert electronic components (resistors, capacitors, connectors, etc.) into PCBs according to work instructions and diagrams Perform hand soldering of through-hole components following quality standards Read and interpret assembly drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and basic schematics Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, proper placement, and solder quality Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times Meet daily production targets and quality expectations Report defects, issues, or inconsistencies to supervisors
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Basic manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination Ability to follow detailed instructions and repeat processes consistently Willingness to learn soldering and electronic assembly techniques Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Preferred (but not required): Basic knowledge of electronics or manufacturing processes Previous experience with soldering or assembly work Familiarity with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610) #IND159 #ZIP
