What You'll Do Assemble products and equipment using hand and power tools Read work instructions and blueprints to complete assemblies accurately Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Use measuring tools such as tape measures to verify dimensions Work with your team to solve problems and keep production moving What We're Looking For At least 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to read and follow written instructions Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift High school diploma or GED preferred Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Faribault, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
