9/80 Work Schedule Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Wire Harness Technician to join a manufacturing team in Gilbert, AZ. This position is responsible for the assembly and production of cable and wire harness products in accordance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical assembly, wire harness manufacturing, and interpreting technical documentation. Key Responsibilities Assemble and manufacture cable and wire harness products according to engineering drawings, schematics, wire lists, and work instructions. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, assembly drawings, and technical documentation. Perform wire routing, crimping, terminating, and electrical wiring activities. Ensure all assemblies meet quality, workmanship, and production requirements. Follow established manufacturing processes, operation sheets, ISO procedures, and production schedules. Inspect completed work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications. Maintain adherence to ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) handling procedures and safety requirements. Accurately complete production documentation and maintain records as required. Communicate production status, technical concerns, and potential issues to supervisors and team leads. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support continuous improvement efforts and department objectives. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical assembly and wiring. Experience with wire harness assembly, cable assembly, crimping, and electrical wiring. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Knowledge of ESD handling procedures and manufacturing best practices. Ability to successfully obtain

certifications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Preferred Qualifications Graduate of a Technical Trade School or related technical training program. Current

Pay:
$45.00 - $57.00 per hour
