5:00 AM-1:30 PM AtWork Personnel is hiring an experienced LED Assembler / Soldering Technician for a lighting manufacturing company in Costa Mesa. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with LED lights, wiring, and hand tools. Responsibilities Assemble and prepare LED strip lights and lighting components Perform precision soldering of wires and electrical components Assemble wire leads and harnesses using layout drawings Use hand tools, drills, saws, and other basic production tools Follow production orders, SOPs, and assembly instructions Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work with the production team to complete orders on time Requirements Soldering experience required Experience with LED lighting, wiring, electrical, or electronic assembly preferred Comfortable using hand tools Able to follow drawings and written instructions Strong attention to detail Reliable and dependable Able to work well with a team Schedule & Pay $21-$22 per hour, depending on experience 5:00 AM-1:30 PM Costa Mesa, CA If you have soldering and assembly experience and are looking for a steady morning shift, apply today!
