Contract Kelly® is seeking an experienced and passionate Harness Technician to join the Harness Prototyping team at our client. If you have a strong understanding of electrical circuits and hands-on wiring experience, this is your opportunity to have a real impact on the future of mobility technology!What You'll Do:
Manufacture and rework wire harnesses (both large and small) and build complex electrical assemblies with minimal instruction Perform wiring reworks and troubleshoot on vehicles and test assets Assist in root cause analysis and repair of components returned from the field or testing Provide actionable feedback to engineering teams on new assemblies Balance multiple projects and adapt quickly to sudden changes in priority Maintain an organized and safe workspace; use appropriate PPE at all timesWhat We're Looking For:
5+ years related experience, or Associate's degree with 2+ years of hands-on job experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Able to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, wirelists, and formboards Experienced with hand and power tools; diagnostic tools, SMT/PTH soldering, DVOM, power supplies, and oscilloscopes Demonstrated problem-solving ability IPC-620 Certification or direct wire harness manufacturing experience preferredBonus Qualifications:
ASE certification(s) EPA 609 certification Basic Solidworks or CATIA skills Automotive high voltage experience/training Fabrication experience Why Join Kelly®?
