$90-$95/hour + Benefits What's the Job? Build and maintain Python-based test automation frameworks for Ethernet compliance, integration, and performance validation Develop PCAP/tcpdump tooling and fault injection scripts to validate ARP, ICMP, FCS, link-loss, and failure recovery test cases Configure and manage VLAN-segmented (802.1Q) topologies across bench and HIL test setups, including power supplies, DAQ systems, and relay controls Validate interoperability between network switches and sensors; ensure compliance with security and PPAP standards for Ethernet ECUs Own technical documentation for frameworks, test methodologies, and system configurations What's Needed? BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of OSI model, TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, ARP, SNMP, and VLAN (802.1Q) configuration Advanced Python and Bash scripting skills with proven test automation framework experience (e.g., pytest) Proficiency with network diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, iPerf, tcpdump, traceroute, and ethtool Solid CI/CD and DevOps experience with the ability to debug across the full OSI stack What's in it for me?
