We are seeking a skilled Soldering Technician with hands-on experience in electronic assembly and soldering. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to read and follow work instructions, and experience assembling components to quality and production standards. Must be IPC Certified. Hours

• M-F, flexible start time: 6am
• 8am Pay
• $27•$36 Responsibilities Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.

Performhand soldering of electronic components, wires, terminals, connectors, and circuit boards. Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and workmanship. Use hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and assembly instructions. Measure and verify components using appropriate measuring tools and equipment. Perform wiring, crimping, fastening, and other assembly-related tasks. Identify defects, incorrect components, or workmanship issues and make necessary corrections. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures. Meet production schedules while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality. Document completed work and report any issues to the appropriate supervisor. Required Qualifications IPC Certified Previous experience in electronic assembly, manufacturing, or related production environment. Hands-on soldering experience is required. Ability to read and follow technical drawings, schematics, and written work instructions. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues. Experience using hand tools and electronic assembly equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
