Job Description

Position Summary Under general supervision, responsible for performing electronic and electromechanical assembly and subassembly work in a production environment. This role involves semi-repetitive to repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail, precision assembly techniques, and adherence to established processes and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Perform electronic and electromechanical assembly and subassembly work. Work under microscopes for extended periods while assembling small components. Handle delicate small parts and piezoelectric crystals with care. Perform intermediate cable harness and PCB assembly. Complete mechanical assembly of small precision components. Read and follow basic blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. Conduct high-voltage potting and high-voltage testing. Utilize soldering, resistance welding, bonding, epoxy mixing, and packaging techniques. Maintain compliance with ESD controls and handling procedures for classified assemblies. Accurately log work orders, labor hours, and production updates in the system. Collaborate effectively with Quality, Engineering, Production Control, and other departments. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 years of electronics assembly experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience working under microscopes required.

Certification preferred. Ability to interpret blueprints and assembly instructions. Basic computer skills for work orders, timecards, and production tracking. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
