Your work directly affects output for production, quality, and engineering teams in an onsite manufacturing environment (1st shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM). You will operate specialized equipment and follow established processes to meet throughput and compliance goals. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Perform electronic and electromechanical assembly and subassembly work on a semi-repetitive to repetitive production basis Apply ESD controls, soldering, epoxy mixing, bonding, assembly, and packaging techniques Work under microscopes for extended periods to handle small parts and piezoelectric crystals Build intermediate cable harnesses and perform PCB assembly and small mechanical assembly Read basic blueprints and follow written work instructions and work orders Execute high voltage potting and high voltage testing as required Operate winding/braiding machinery, torque wrenches, digital multimeters, solder irons, crimpers, heat guns, and microscopes Coordinate with Quality, Production Control, and Engineering on process and product issues Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role High school diploma or GED Three (3) or more years of related electronics assembly experience Basic computer skills to access time cards and log work orders for special processes Ability to follow established procedures and make routine decisions in standardized situations Ability to stand, sit, use hands for fine work, and occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds Here's What Else Might Help You Out
