Conduct quality checks to ensure all assembled products meet industry standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or defects. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of electrical assembly. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics is a plus. Previous experience in electrical assembly or a related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
