Position Summary:
The Company is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support Electronics assembly and Stockroom operations. This hands-on position involves board assembly, soldering, rework, material kitting, inventory and shipping in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in PCB assembly. Basic soldering skills to perform minor soldering, touch up, and re-work. Ability to read and understand assembly instructions and notes in English Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing job demands. Ability to follow company processes, procedures, and quality requirements.
Duties:
PCB board assembly Minor soldering, touch up and re-work. Board modification and configuration. Framing and socket mounting. Board washing and lead clipping. Operate/assist with wave soldering processes. BOM kitting and board inventory. Boxing, packaging and shipping (may require lifting up to 50lbs.). Maintain a clean and organized work area. Pay rate subject to qualifications and experience.
