Overview We are looking for an SMT Operator to assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs). The ideal candidate has experience with SMT equipment, soldering, reading schematics, and inspecting electronic assemblies.
Responsibilities:
Operate SMT equipment to assemble PCBs. Read and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and work instructions. Perform soldering and electronic component assembly. Inspect PCBs for defects and quality issues. Use hand tools and testing equipment such as multimeters. Troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical issues. Build and wire electrical/electro-mechanical components as needed. Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures. Keep the work area clean and organized.
Requirements:
Experience with SMT or PCB assembly . Soldering experience. Ability to read electrical schematics or wiring diagrams. Experience using hand tools and basic testing equipment. Strong attention to detail and good hand dexterity. Ability to follow instructions and quality standards.
IPC-A-610
knowledge or certification is a plus. Manufacturing or electronics experience preferred. IND1
Pay:
$19.00 - $27.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
