Temp to Hire Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Associate to join our production team. This position involves assembling headphones using small parts and hand tools while following detailed work instructions and quality standards. Responsibilities Assemble headphones and components using small parts and hand tools . Read, understand, and follow detailed work instructions. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Work with small components requiring good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Stand during the shift as needed. Cross-train in other production areas and assist team members as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications Experience with small parts assembly preferred. Comfortable using basic hand tools. Ability to read and follow detailed instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Willingness to learn and cross-train. Ability to stand and perform repetitive assembly tasks as needed.
