This role focuses on assembling complex exterior lighting fixtures while ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble a variety of lighting fixtures using hand tools and mechanical components Perform tasks such as drilling, cutting, stripping, and installing wires Glue and seal components to ensure weatherproofing Conduct illumination and waterproof testing Thread machined aluminum components together Inspect finished fixtures to ensure compliance with quality standards, rejecting nonconforming products Correctly interpret wire diagrams and engineering documents Cross-train with other assemblers as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to read and interpret wire diagrams and engineering documents Clear vision with ability to distinguish colors (for wiring tasks) Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Experience with Lean Production (preferred) Commitment to safe work practices and teamwork
