Shift:

5 am - 1:30 pm. Mon.-Sat. = Saturday's are mandatory. Our client manufactures high-end light fixtures for commercial and industrial buildings. Candidate must be able to work overtime as needed and Saturdays from 5am-2pm are mandatory. This company is under union membership. The ideal candidate is smart, self-motivated, Bilingual in Spanish required , mechanically inclined, can read blue prints, and safety oriented. A second interview is required with hiring manager at work site before 1pm.

Requirements:

• Electrical assembly work experience or light fixtures assembly required.
• Work experience with both manual hand tools and power tools. Mechanically incline is a must.
• Able to take verbal notes and instructions, follow work orders, read blue prints for assembly in both Spanish/English.
• Assist with any type of work load. Cross training. Some heavy lifting involved, up to 50 lbs. (Must be okay in being moved to different departments to finish work needed)
• Attention to detail with the ability to work with minimum supervision is a must.
• Leather work shoes Mandatory! No exceptions will be made!!
• Must have Reliable transportation to get to work daily. Any attendance issues in the first 90 days will result in automatic end of assignment.
• Must clear background, E-verify and drug screening for us to set face to face interview with hiring manager. High School Diploma is required!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is Mandatory.
