Job Summary

Wire Harness Assembler

Pay:

$24.00 - $34.00/hr Contract-to-Hire Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Whether youre experienced with wire harness assembly, cable assembly, soldering, crimping, or blueprint reading, this role offers stable work, competitive pay, and the chance to build products used in critical applications.

Responsibilities

Assemble wire harnesses, cables, and electrical components to engineering specifications

Perform soldering, crimping, wire termination, and connector installation

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and assembly drawings

Cut, strip, and prepare wire and cable materials

Install labels, heat shrink, ty-wraps, and related hardware

Use hand tools, stripping machines, and assembly fixtures

Complete production documentation and maintain quality records

Follow IPC and manufacturing workmanship standards

Support a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment

Qualifications

Previous wire harness, cable assembly, electronic assembly, or electromechanical assembly experience

Experience with soldering and crimping

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

Familiarity with IPC-620, IPC-610, or related industry standards is preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work in a production environment and meet delivery goals

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr.
