Adecco is assisting a major client in their search for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Colorado Springs, CO. This is a contract opportunity, offering weekly pay and a chance to expand your experience. Monday - Thursday (2:00pm - 12:00am)
Weekly Paycheck Job Description :
Duties include but are not limited to manufacturing electro-mechanical assemblies, working from assembly drawings, inspecting in-process products for quality assurance, and maintaining 5S standards. This is a hands-on position and which both large equipment and fine detailed assembly work using hand tools. Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Assembly of electronic and mechanical assemblies, sometimes working under a microscope to assembly complex assemblies utilizing assembly documentation and procedures. Use lean practices to reduce production bottlenecks, eliminate waste and reduce cycle time. Complete work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail so that quality standards are met or exceeded. Document non-conformances. Assist with cycle count program processing and problem resolution. Pick inventory parts to fill manufacturing and customer needs. Perform other activities as assigned. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered: High School Diploma/GED Must be able to use common hand and electronic assembly tools safely High attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with others Must be able to stand/walk/bend for the duration of your shift Must be able to lift up to 40lbs regularly

Pay Details:
