50-60 Hours Looking to build your electrical career in a steady, hands-on environment without moving from jobsite to jobsite? We're hiring Electrical Apprentices and Electrical Assemblers to support the installation and wiring of commercial and industrial electrical systems inside prefabricated equipment buildings. This is a shop-based manufacturing role where you'll work with conduit, panels, wiring, prints, and electrical components while continuing to grow your skills. This is a great fit for someone with early-career electrical experience who enjoys hands-on work and wants exposure to both electrical assembly and commercial/industrial electrical systems . What You'll Do Install commercial and industrial electrical components Bend and install EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit Install Unistrut, cable tray, and electrical supports Assemble and wire electrical panels and distribution systems Install lighting and electrical components Pull, terminate, label, and identify wiring Read electrical prints, blueprints, and schematics Perform basic electrical troubleshooting Complete work according to NEC requirements Use ladders, scissor lifts, hand tools, and standard electrical tools Work alongside electricians, electrical assemblers, production teams, and other trades What We're Looking For We're open to candidates with electrical apprenticeship, electrical assembly, commercial electrical, industrial electrical, or related hands-on experience . Ideally, you have 1-5 years of electrical experience , but candidates with a strong foundation and a desire to continue learning are encouraged to apply. Experience with any of the following is especially helpful: Conduit bending and installation Panel wiring and electrical assembly Wire pulling and terminations Electrical panels and distribution systems Lighting installation Blueprint or schematic reading Basic troubleshooting NEC electrical work Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.
