Mechanical Assembler

Mechanical Assembler - Cleanroom (Contract-to-Hire) We're seeking mechanically inclined assemblers to join a growing production team in a cleanroom environment. This is a great opportunity to gain specialized experience in high‑mix electro‑mechanical assembly and advance into a long-term role.

Schedule & Pay:

Training (1st Shift): Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (approx. 9 months)

Permanent Shift After Training:

2nd Shift, Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM-11:30

PM Pay:

$20-$26/hr (DOE)

What You'll Do:

Assemble mechanical and electronic components at the component level Perform hand soldering and micro‑electronics assembly Work under microscopes and optical scopes for precision tasks Operate and assist with troubleshooting production equipment Follow quality standards and documented work instructions

What We're Looking For:

Mechanical or electronic assembly experience Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment Ability to work under a scope/microscope Soldering experience is a plus Detail-oriented and mechanically inclined

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
