  • (513)229-2016 Job Description The CS Technician supports the customer solutions department by assembling and wiring electrical panels that meet specific customer requirements.
This role involves working with electrical components, following schematics and prints, and ensuring each panel is built accurately and to a high standard in a clean, climate-controlled facility. Responsibilities Assemble electrical panels according to customer specifications and internal standards. Interpret and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and prints to complete panel builds. Perform panel wiring, including routing, cutting, stripping, and terminating wires in an organized and safe manner. Verify that all components are installed correctly and securely within the panels. Inspect completed panels for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications before release. Maintain a clean and orderly work area in the customer solutions department and warehouse. Use mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot basic assembly issues and ensure proper fit and function of components. Follow safety procedures and best practices while working with electrical and mechanical equipment. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and customer delivery timelines. Document work as required and communicate any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel. Essential Skills Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work with tools and mechanical components. High attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work. Ability to work effectively in a warehouse and climate-controlled production environment. Capability to follow instructions, procedures, and documented work processes. Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring concepts or willingness to learn. Dependability and consistency in meeting production and quality expectations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with electrical assembly, particularly in building or wiring electrical panels. Ability to read and interpret electrical prints, diagrams, and schematics. Prior experience working in a clean room or clean, controlled manufacturing environment. Familiarity with panel wiring practices, including routing and terminating wires. Comfort working with hand tools and basic electrical tools in an assembly setting. Why Work Here? You will work around electrical components, wiring, and assembly tools, following established safety practices. The environment supports focused, hands-on work with consistent conditions throughout the year. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Mason, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
