division is currently seeking a Transducer/NTC Solderer to join our team in Bethel, CT! The core hours are 7 am•3:30 pm. The hourly range for this position is $22•27 per hour. What you'll do: The Solderer (NTC) is responsible for soldering and reworking very small and intricate products. The ideal candidate will have exceptional hand dexterity along with a working knowledge in reading, interpreting, and utilizing technical procedures and blueprints. The individual must be comfortable working in a team environment. This first shift position is well suited for a patient individual who is a fast learner, is focused on quality output, and enjoys working in a demanding atmosphere. In this role, you will: Solder electro-mechanical components under a microscope and/or a magnifying glass Assemble, setup and maintain tooling Recommend design and process improvements to enhance manufacturability Perform visual inspection of parts Maintain quality records Interpret customer and supplier requirements Additional duties as assigned
