Job Description

Nesco Resource is looking for an Electronic Assembler located in Danbury, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Shift:
Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM (OT possible, but not guaranteed)
Pay:
$22-$26/hour based on experience
Position Summary :
The Electronic Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to maintain productivity and quality in a manufacturing environment. Duties & Responsibilities Assemble electronic components and electro-mechanical assemblies per specifications. Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, BOMs, and work instructions. Perform soldering, crimping, wire stripping, cable routing, and component installation. Conduct visual inspections and basic functional testing of assemblies. Identify and report defects or process issues. Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment safely. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Follow quality standards, safety regulations, and housekeeping procedures. Support process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience. Ability to read and understand technical documents. Basic knowledge of electronic components and manufacturing processes. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to use hand tools and basic measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred:
IPC-A-610
certification, soldering experience, ISO 9001 familiarity, ESD knowledge.
