Job Description

Job Summary:
Performs assembly of sub-assemblies and inspection systems containing electronic, mechanical and inspection components by following work instructions, production drawings to required quality standard in line with the planned production schedule Es sential
Functions:
Sub-assembly and system assembly in line with Quality
ISO 9001
procedures Contribute towards achieving the daily production plan. Follow work instructions & process sheets & communicate any deficiencies/ ambiguities in either to your line manager (supervisor). Maintain the working standards in line with operational organization and the 5S policies. Ensure that all relevant Health & Safety policies and procedures are observed. Perform other duties and tasks as required by the business.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
A high level of attention to detail. Excellent manual dexterity. Basic understanding of Electrical principals A flexible and proactive approach. The ability to respond to changes in demand and meet deadlines. The ability to produce assemblies following work instructions and to self-check own work. Ability to use electrical test equipment for example multi meters. Able to work in a fast-paced, lean environment. Experience in computer-based material control/business systems and excellent team skills. Highly organized, accurate and disciplined in maintaining an orderly work area. Ability to apply the principals of the 5 "S" methodology. Minimum education and work experience required: Good hand/eye coordination and mechanical/electrical aptitude Must be able to distinguish colors. Ability to work with computer-based systems for data entry High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in reading and writing in English Minimum of two years related experience
