Job Title:
Electrical Assembly Technician Job Description The role involves mastering assembly tasks by using work instructions to assemble electronic devices, tools, and products with hand and power tools, as well as other assembly equipment. The technician will be responsible for assembling electronics in accordance with product specifications and may lead and direct the work of others while working independently within established procedures. Responsibilities Assemble electronic devices, tools, and products using hand and power tools. Follow product specifications and work instructions for assembly. Lead and direct the work of others as needed. Train Assembly I and II technicians. Report to a supervisor or manager. Ensure all assemblies meet quality and safety standards. Essential Skills Proficiency in multiple competencies related to electronic assembly. 3-5 years of related experience, or 2 years with additional specialized training/certification. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in assembly, production, mechanical assembly, and component assembly. Good attendance is required. Why Work Here? The position involves working five 10-hour shifts with potential for more than 50 hours, although this is not guaranteed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of La Vista, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
