Job Title:
Shift Mechanical Assembler Job Description Join our team to perform mechanical assemblies of cooling units used in AI data centers. You will be responsible for performing sub-assemblies in a repetitive process, following blueprints and verbal instructions from your supervisor. The role involves working at stations to build these units with slight variations, ensuring quality and consistency in the assembly process. 1stShift:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 2ndShift:
Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Must complete training on 1st Shift for 6-8 weeks before transitioning to 2nd Shift. Pay Rate (Based on Experience) 2+Years Experience:
$24.28/hour 5+Years Experience:
$26.60/hour 8+Years Experience:
$29.19/hour Responsibilities Perform mechanical assemblies of cooling units for AI data centers. Execute sub-assemblies in a repetitive process. Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from supervisors. Work at designated stations to construct units. Ensure quality and consistency in assembly. Essential Skills 1+ years of assembly experience. Ability to use hand tools, including screwdrivers. Proficiency in reading work instructions and blueprints. Experience in mechanical assembly and electrical wiring. Additional Skills & Qualifications Mechanical assembly skills are advantageous. Ability to work effectively within a team. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans or plain pants paired with a plain t-shirt, with no requirement for steel-toe footwear. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billerica, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.51 - $22.51/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
