Job Description We are seeking a skilled Mechanical and Electronic Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise assembly and inspection of various components and sensors, ensuring they are correctly placed and functional. This position offers the opportunity to cross-train in multiple departments, enhancing your skill set and contributing to our dynamic work environment. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and sensors with precision. Place different components into sensors accurately. Perform visual inspections to ensure correct assembly and orientation. Assist with hand and mechanical assembly of products during slower periods. Cross-train in epoxy, silicone, shipping, and soldering areas. Essential Skills 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience. 6+ months of electronic assembly experience. 6+ months of blueprint reading experience. 3+ months of shipping experience and willingness to assist as needed. Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with soldering, power tools, electronics, and wiring. Ability to use hand tools and perform component assembly. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented personality. Teachable and trainable attitude. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work the first shift from 7:30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 7am and 5pm. The environment is clean and involves a mix of standing and sitting, with seated work during soldering tasks. While no PPE is required, long pants and closed-toe shoes are necessary. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minnetonka, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
