Electrical Assembler Build precision products that power the future of biotech, semiconductors, and high‑tech manufacturing. About the Role As an Electrical Assembler (Clean Room) , you'll play a hands‑on role in assembling high‑quality, precision flow‑control devices used in cutting‑edge industries. This position blends electrical, mechanical, and circuit board assembly in a clean, organized, ISO‑certified environment where accuracy and quality truly matter. What You'll Do Assemble precision devices using instructions, drawings, and work orders Perform electrical soldering with accuracy and attention to detail Assemble circuit boards, small motors, and mechanical/electrical components Use hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, and basic testing equipment Identify, document, and report assembly issues or incompatibilities Perform quality checks and document test results or failures Support teammates across multiple product lines as needed Follow clean room protocols, safety guidelines, and 5S manufacturing standards Complete work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards What You Bring Required Skills Hands‑on experience with soldering Experience using hand tools and power tools for mechanical assembly Familiarity with measuring and testing tools (multi‑meters, rulers, gauges) Ability to work with wire gauges 18-24 and perform clean, reliable solder joints Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions Nice to Have Experience in cleanroom, medical device, or electronics assembly Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced production environment Comfort working independently and as part of a team Why You'll Love Working Here Stable company with strong long‑term growth Clean, organized, ISO‑certified facility Supportive, team‑oriented culture with hands‑on training Real advancement opportunities —prove yourself and grow Competitive benefits including insurance, PTO, and flexible start times Meaningful work building precision devices for high‑tech industries Work Environment & Schedule Clean room setting with full gowning (hair net, booties, PPE) PPE includes safety glasses, gloves as needed, and non‑slip footwear
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Safety‑focused, organized, and quality‑driven workplace Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boca Raton, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
