Reports to the Production Supervisor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Apply masking tape to all specified areas according to masking procedures and visual aide instructions. Verify integrity of taping requirements to be applied to PCBs. Accurately inspect the condition of incoming product. Identify and report defective masked areas to Group Leader. Inspect own work to ensure placement accuracy and completeness of work performed. Operate conformal coat automated machinery as part of the assembly process. Apply conformal coat repairs on PCBs as needed. Perform stripping, conformal coat, masking, touch-up and bonding requirements on repair and overhaul units. De-mask and inspect boards following the coating process for any defects and touch up as required. Use calibrated equipment and machinery as part of the assembly process. Maintain accurate documentation on re-work, repairs and modifications. Bake circuit board assemblies and restock supplies as needed. Assist with testing and NPI (new product introduction) as required. Troubleshoot and resolve department related issues. Understand and follow all applicable ISO and job specific procedures. Maintain ESD integrity within production environment. Responsible for the accuracy of work-in process associated with work cell. Responsible for the cleanliness of work area and surrounding work space. Participate in Quality team meetings, as required. May train other employees. Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent education. 2 + years of experience in coating application/manual spray environment preferred. Manual spray and respirator certification preferred.
