We are focused on producing high-performance electric and precision components. They are building a hands-on, high-energy production team to support rapid growth. We are looking for dedicated, motivated individuals preferably with motor control, mechanical or electrical assembly skills, meticulous and precise and a genuine interest in turning advanced flying technology into fully functional products—delivering performance that exceeds expectations in demanding testing requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and test small motors and mechanical/electrical components Working with tight tolerances in the assembly operation Monitoring and maintaining process controls Documenting process parameters Performing soldering, wiring, and precision assembly Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met Test complete assemblies. Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and production schedules Working in a team environment on a flow line operation
Qualifications:
Background in manufacturing, mechanical, or electrical assembly Experience with soldering, precision tools, and motor assembly Familiarity with aerospace, remote-controlled products and related industries a plus Team-oriented, reliable, and quality-driven Disclaimer The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification. Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
